• Monitor raw material availability, consumption, wastage, and finished goods output.
• Maintain production records, batch details, material usage, yield, downtime, and daily reports.

• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and 5S on the floor.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance for preventive actions.
• Support quality checks, batch traceability, and documentation for audits/regulatory compliance.
• Report production issues, deviations, and challenges to the Production Manager.

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Executive to manage day-to-day production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of production planning, inventory coordination, food safety standards, and process compliance, preferably in the food processing or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plans and ensure timely completion of production targets.
• Monitor production processes, manpower deployment, and utilization of machinery and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and food safety and hygiene practices.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor raw material availability, consumption, wastage, and finished goods output.
• Maintain accurate production records, including batch details, material consumption, yield, downtime, and daily production reports.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO practices, wherever applicable.
• Identify production bottlenecks, minimize material wastage, and support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, cleanliness, and 5S practices on the production floor.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
• Support quality checks, batch traceability, and documentation required for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Report production issues, deviations, and operational challenges to the Production Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production operations, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and food safety practices.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting; ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a result-oriented approach.
