Job summary

Job Description:

1. Production Planning & Efficiency

• Achievedaily production quantities as per the approved production plan.
• Monitoractual production against planned production and take corrective action forshortfalls.
• Ensureoptimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and production resources.
• Coordinatewith relevant departments to resolve production-related issues and maintainsmooth operations.
• Achieve 100% of the planned production, with minimum acceptable performance asdefined by the KPI.

2. Quality & ComplaintControl

• Monitorproduction processes to ensure products meet defined quality standards.
• Identifyand control quality deviations at the production stage.
• Minimizeproduct quality complaints and work toward zero product quality complaints.
• Coordinatewith Quality and other concerned teams for root-cause analysis and correctiveactions.

3. Reporting & OperationalDiscipline

• Ensurethe production log sheet is submitted by 9:00 AM on the next day.
• Ensurethe maintenance log is submitted by 10:00 AM as required.
• Maintainaccurate production and operational records.
• Identifydeviations, pending tasks and follow-up requirements.
• Ensuretimely closure of assigned actions and avoid missed reporting deadlines.

4. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensurecompliance with all workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Monitorthe safety of employees as well as contractor personnel working under theproduction area.
• Maintaina zero-accident and zero-safety-violation environment.
• Ensuremachinery and plant areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
• Conductregular checks for unsafe conditions and housekeeping deficiencies and takeimmediate corrective action.

5. Machinery & EquipmentMaintenance

• Monitormachinery and equipment condition during production
• Executethe preventive maintenance activities as per the defined schedules.
• Taketimely action with predictive and corrective maintenance activities to preventbreakdowns production losses and to reduce maintenance costs.
• Ensurebreakdowns or equipment damage caused by inadequate attention or preventivemaintenance failure are reduced.
• Maintainproper communication and follow-up on maintenance-related issues.
