Job summary

Kores in India is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards across shifts.

You will coordinate with maintenance, equipment and process teams, manage schedules, maintain records, conduct trainings, and drive 5-S, ISO documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify issues in the team and provide continuous support according to operating standards.
• Supervise production personnel and prepare effective production schedules; ensure compliance to company policies.
• Maintain records of worker attendance and provide training to workers.
• Coordinate with equipment and process teams to ensure protocol compliance and maintain product quality.
• Prepare off schedule for all workers and ensure no effect to production.
• Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement production plans.
• Ensure compliance to local policies to achieve objectives and provide feedback to workers.
• Develop and maintain relations with employees at various levels of the organization.
• Prepare necessary paperwork and maintain records of all documents.
• Analyze new manpower requirements; capable of attending routine maintenance if occurs.
• Maintain and support 5-S programs and prepare training for workers.
• Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
• Experience with ISO documentation and compliance.
• Experience of SAP working is preferable.
