Job summary

Barosi in India is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure shift targets are met, and coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in FMCG/food processing and holds a Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc.

in Production or a related field, with strong problem-solving and people-management skills. Shifts are involved.

• Maintain production and shift-related reports.
• Train and guide operators and ensure proper discipline on the shop floor.
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.

• Good problem-solving, communication and team management skills.
• Comfortable working in shifts.
