Job summary

Mrs Bectors Foods Specialities Ltd in Punjab, India, is seeking a capable shift supervisor to lead production during the assigned shift. You will ensure timely achievement of targets, monitor lines and shop-floor activities, and maintain strict GMP and food safety standards.

The role focuses on optimal resource utilization, coordination with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Warehouse teams, and ensuring proper line changeovers, startup, and shutdown procedures while upholding SOPs.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology (Only) required.
• Rotational Shifts (Male) preference.
• FMCG experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the shift production plan and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
• Supervise and monitor production lines and shop-floor activities during the assigned shift.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, raw materials, and other resources.
• Monitor OEE, productivity, yield, wastage, rejection, downtime, and line efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth shift operations.
• Ensure proper line clearance, changeover, start-up, and shutdown procedures.
