Job summary

Dhanuka Agritech is seeking a production shift leader to plan and execute shift production in Dahej, Gujarat. You will manage manpower, allocate resources, and monitor safety, quality, and efficiency to meet daily targets.

The role requires ensuring SOP/BMR compliance, 5S housekeeping, and coordination with cross‑functional teams. You will also support operator supervision, training, and performance management to sustain high productivity.

Role & responsibilities

Plan and execute shift production as per schedule, manage manpower and resources, ensure safe and efficient plant operations, and achieve production targets while maintaining EHS, GMP and quality standards. Lead reactor, ANFD/RVD, dryer, distillation, filtration and packing operations; monitor process parameters and equipment health; ensure SOP/BMR compliance, 5S and housekeeping; coordinate with cross-functional teams; and support operator supervision, training, performance management and manpower planning.
