Job summary

Crown Hr Services is seeking a capable Production Supervisor for a chemical manufacturing setup in Gujarat. The role focuses on managing daily production, meeting targets, and ensuring process consistency across reactors, pumps, distillation and DCS/SCADA operations.

You will monitor reactions, yield, and equipment, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, and coordinate with Maintenance, Supply Chain and Procurement to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Implement 5S, Lean & Kaizen in daily operations.
• Lead operators and shift teams to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Supply Chain & Procurement.
• Operate reactors, pumps, distillation and DCS/SCADA systems.
