Job description

Role & responsibilities

The Shift In-charge is responsible for overseeing shift/daily manufacturing operations during a specific shift, ensuring production planning and targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are strictly followed.

The role ensures equipment availability and strict adherence to cGMP,

safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HALAL) by effective

planning and utilising resources during the shift and coordinating with cross- functional teams: maintenance, utility, quality and process technology.

This position plays a critical role in leading the production operation

Preferred candidate profile

Ensure adherence to the shift-wise production plan and routinely inspect to monitor the performance of process equipment and utilities closely to meet the production target.

Ensure and verify the availability of raw materials and packaging materials before and during the shift to prevent production delays.

Follow and ensure the Entry, Exit, hygiene and jewel policy as directed in the standard operating procedure.

Perform regular on-floor safety inspections Unsafe situations, unsafe acts (BBS) to the equipment as well as people.
