Upraisal People Productivity Performance - Best executive search firm is seeking an experienced Production Planning & Control professional to join our manufacturing team in India. The role focuses on driving production efficiency, inventory optimization, and on-time delivery.

You will develop and manage production plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, ensure materials availability, and analyse performance to identify improvements.

Formación

• 5-7 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years in Production Planning & Control.
• Knowledge of production processes, inventory management, supply chain, and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and production planning software.
• Basic knowledge of product costing.
• Strong analytical and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor production progress and revise schedules to meet changing requirements.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Manage inventory levels and minimise shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
• Analyse production performance and inventory metrics, and prepare regular MIS reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced resource utilisation.
• Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Zoho.
