Job summary

Phenix Construction Technologies in Gujarat is seeking a skilled Production Planner to design and manage production plans aligned with project requirements. You will coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Projects teams to ensure on-time execution and optimal utilization of resources.

Key duties include monitoring capacity, material availability, and WIP, while maintaining PPC reports and MIS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on project/customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Dispatch, and Projects teams.
• Prepare production schedules and ensure timely execution as per planned timelines.
• Monitor production capacity, manpower, machinery, and material availability.
• Track production progress against planned targets and take corrective actions for deviations.
• Coordinate with Purchase and Stores teams to ensure timely raw material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels, material consumption, and production requirements.
• Prepare and maintain PPC reports, MIS, production schedules, and performance reports.
• Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and other production resources.
• Monitor WIP and ensure smooth material flow across production stages.
• Coordinate with dispatch/project teams to meet delivery schedules.
• Analyze production data and provide regular updates to management.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce delays.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures.
