Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 2–4 years of hands-on PPC or production planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong SAP/MRP knowledge and ability to make timely planning decisions under delivery pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute master production plans and daily production schedules for SFG and FG.
• Ensure material availability, capacity alignment, and adherence to production timelines.
• Monitor plan vs. actual performance, WIP, backlog, and production schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sales teams.
• Identify material shortages, production bottlenecks, and capacity constraints; implement recovery plans.
• Use SAP MRP, MD04, and production orders for planning and scheduling.
• Track KPIs, including OTIF, plan adherence, capacity utilization, and backlog ageing.
• Conduct daily and weekly planning reviews and drive continuous improvement.

• Ensure material availability, capacity alignment, and adherence to production timelines.
