Job summary

Vandey Global Services in India seeks a Production Planning & Control Specialist to coordinate production activities, align with project schedules, and ensure materials and processes meet engineering and quality requirements.

You will prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plans, monitor progress, manage BOMs and ERP data, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, warehouse, and quality teams. Strong reading of drawings and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production planning or PPC in an industrial setting.
• Diploma or degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering.
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, or HVAC manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.

This roleinvolves planning, monitoring, and coordinating production activities to ensurecompliance with project schedules, technical requirements, and deliverytargets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
• Monitor production progress and update schedules
• Coordinate between production, engineering, procurement,warehouse, and quality teams
• Manage production orders and update data in the ERP system
• Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documents
• Monitor material availability and identify shortages or delays
• Prepare production reports and follow up on performance

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in production planning or PPCin an industrial environment
• Diploma or degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or ProductionEngineering
• Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal, or HVACmanufacturing - preferred
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Experience working with BOMs and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
