Job summary

GDN Infra is hiring two Production Officers for its Bagalur plant in Bengaluru. You will run the commercial and administrative engine of the plant, managing material in, material out, inventory, SAP, documentation and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries and accurate costing.

Role requires hands-on operation of weighbridge, SAP processing, and coordination with customers. Shift work with cross-training across plant roles is expected. PF/ESI/bonus and insurance as per law may apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years experience in an RMC or batching plant or similar materials and dispatch ops.
• SAP experience (MIGO, service entry, invoice booking) or willingness to be trained.
• MS Excel, digital checklists, scanning and filing.

Responsibilities

• Control all inward and outward material flow and inventory.
• Operate the weighbridge; weigh and record every vehicle.
• SAP: goods receipt (MIGO), service entries and invoice booking, on time.
• Plan material orders ahead of need and protect the stock buffer.
• Coordinate dispatch with the plant operator and customers.
• Daily checklists, POD collection and scanning, challans, royalty and statutory records.
• Support the monthly raw material reconciliation with the client.

GDN Infra installs and operates dedicated ready-mix concrete plants on project sites and at ready-mix yards, under one contract, with its own plant, its own crew and its own in-house app. Our first plant is a 75 m³/hr twin-shaft plant at Bagalur, North Bengaluru, run for ACC (Adani Group).

The role

We are hiring two Production Officers for the Bagalur plant. You run the commercial and administrative engine of the plant: material in, material out, inventory, SAP, documentation and dispatch. Concrete goes out on time and every rupee of material is accounted for.

What you will do

What we need
