• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Dispatchers and Logistics for timely delivery.
• Maintain batching passwords with access restricted to authorized personnel.
• Perform daily preventive maintenance checks and assist P&M team.
• Operate BC Mix Software and ensure accurate production records.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety & Compliance

Act as Plant Safety Coordinator in the absence of the Plant & Machinery Incharge.

Ensure strict adherence to LOTOTO (Lock Out Tag Out Try Out) procedures during plant shutdowns and emergency maintenance activities.

Ensure energy isolation procedures are followed before any maintenance work.

Maintain confidentiality and control of batching system passwords, ensuring access only to authorized personnel.

Promote and maintain a safe working environment in compliance with company safety standards.

2. Production & Delivery Management

Operate and batch concrete as per approved production plans and customer specifications.

Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Dispatchers, and Logistics teams to ensure timely concrete delivery.

Generate and print invoices and ensure proper documentation for drivers and Plant System Administration.

Monitor truck mixer rotation and trip efficiency to maximize operational productivity.

Ensure optimum utilization of batching plant capacity and resources.

3. Plant Operations & Maintenance

Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of batching plant operations.

Perform daily preventive maintenance checks as per prescribed maintenance checklists.

Support Plant & Machinery team in troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance activities.

Report equipment breakdowns and operational issues to Plant Incharge and P&M Incharge on a timely basis.

Assist in improving plant availability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

4. Housekeeping & Asset Care

Ensure cleanliness and housekeeping standards are maintained within the batching plant premises.

Eliminate wastage, dust accumulation, and unsafe working conditions.

Take ownership of designated operational areas and ensure proper upkeep of plant assets.

5. Systems & Process Management

Operate and maintain awareness of BC Mix Software and batching systems.

Ensure accuracy of batching data and production records.

Support digital documentation and reporting requirements as per company standards.

6. Cross Functional Coordination

Collaborate with Quality, Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production and delivery operations.

Support customer service initiatives through timely and quality product delivery.

Participate in daily operational reviews and performance improvement initiatives.
