Job summary

Faze Three in India is seeking an experienced Factory Production Manager to oversee complete PVC/PU production lines, ensuring quality, productivity and on-time delivery.

You will supervise daily production plans, control process parameters, train operators and ensure compliance including IATF standards, 5S and safety procedures across the synthetic leather plant.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Chemical/Polymer/Textile.
• 8–15 years of managerial experience in a synthetic leather plant.
• Strong knowledge of PVC plastisol, PU compound, oven zones, lamination, embossing, printing.
• Experience with IATF requirements, 5S and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily production plan.
• Allocate and control manpower.
• Control machine parameters.
• Ensure correct formulation and batch issue.
• Monitor coating speed, oven temperatures, and coating thickness/GSM.
• Reduce scrap and rejection; maintain batch identification.
• Coordinate with QC regarding deviations and document production records.
• Train operators and implement 5S and safety standards including IATF compliance.
