Job summary

Chemie Products is seeking an Applications & New Product Development Executive for Artificial Leather (PU & PVC). The role involves developing pigment dispersions for artificial leather, establishing an application lab, and replicating customer processes.

You will support customer trials and recommend lab equipment and materials. The candidate will work under the R&D Manager/Technical Head at the Khushkhera, Bhiwadi site, with 3–8 years of relevant experience in artificial leather manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Color matching and viscosity control for PU/PVC color pastes.
• Gloss, migration and adhesion testing knowledge.
• Abrasion and scratch resistance evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Develop PU/PVC color pastes.
• Develop screen printing and embossing inks.
• Replicate customer manufacturing processes.
• Optimize formulations.
• Support customer trials.
• Scale-up production.
• Prepare SOPs, TDS and reports.

Hands-on experience in PU/PVC artificial leather manufacturing with the ability to establish an application laboratory and independently conduct customer trials.
