Job summary

Adela Electricals in India seeks a PPC professional with strong expertise in Granules, Wire, Moulding and Harness planning, PVC resin and additives. The role focuses on material planning, production scheduling and ensuring uninterrupted operations.

You will coordinate with Sales, NPD, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch, maintain ERP/SAP/Excel PPC data, and produce daily WIP and plan-versus-actual reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPC within Granules, Wire, Moulding and Harness planning.
• Strong knowledge of material planning for PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers and related components.
• Proficient in maintaining stock levels and executing MRP/ERP-driven plans.

Responsibilities

• Raw Material Planning: manage MRP and stock levels for PVC resin, additives and masterbatch.
• Production Planning & Controlling: create daily/weekly/monthly plans for Granules Plant, Wire Drawing, Moulding and Harness assembly.
• Coordination: liaise with Sales, NPD, Purchase, Store, Production, Quality, Maintenance and Dispatch.
• Dispatch & Customer Service: ensure timely dispatch and OTIF delivery; track customer orders.
• System & Reporting: maintain PPC data in ERP/SAP/Excel and generate Daily Production, WIP, RM Shortage and Plan vs Actual reports.

Job description

Job Role & Responsibilities:

1. Raw Material Planning:

Strong Knowledge of PVC Resin, Plasticizer, Stabilizer, Filler, Masterbatch, Copper planning.

Strong Knowledge Granules, Wire, Moulding & Harness as per BOM Material Requirement Plan (MRP).

Good hands-on Stock control and minimum/maximum level maintenance.

2. Production Planning & Controlling:

Granules Plant, Wire Drawing, Bunching, Extrusion, Moulding, Wire Harness Assembly Daily / Weekly / Monthly Production Plan.

Machine-wise & Line-wise loading plan as per order priority & Delivery Commitment follow.

3. Coordination:

Follow-up with Sales ,NPD, Purchase, Store, Production, Quality, Maintenance & Dispatch.

Ensure that production does not come to a halt due to a shortage of raw materials.

4. Dispatch & Customer Service:
Ensure planning and timely dispatch of FAG stock.

racking customer orders and maintaining OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) delivery.

5. System & Reporting: Maintaining PPC data in ERP / SAP / Excel. Providing Daily Production Report, WIP Report, RM Shortage Report, Plan vs Actual Report for Management. Working on Manpower Planning and Production Efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in PPC within a Granules, Wire, Moulding , Harness , PVC Resin, Plasticizer, Stabilizer, Filler, Masterbatch, Copper planning., with the ability to coordinate across Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Design and Sales.
