Job summary

N Human Resources & Management Systems in India is seeking a experienced Supervisor / In-charge (Production) for its Geosynthetics manufacturing operations. The role requires more than 5 years of hands-on experience on shop floor production, with exposure to extrusion and maintenance of plastics materials.

You will organize daily input with planning, manage manpower, ensure production against orders, uphold safety and 5S/ISO 9001 standards, and coordinate with QA and seniors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in same manufacturing environment preferred.
• Technical knowledge about plastics material processing, extrusion and maintenance.
• Candidates must know manpower handling.
• Smart and articulate with good presentation skills.
• Ability to train team on product specs and updates, and understand international standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to utilize machinery, manpower and materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Shop floor line production shift handling.
