Job summary

Mallcom is seeking a skilled professional in Chandipur to lead production planning and execution for footwear manufacturing. The role requires overseeing operations for quality, efficiency, and workflow across processes, while driving continuous improvement and safety adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in footwear manufacturing, with at least 3 years in lasting operations, and a strong grasp of leather, synthetics, toe caps, and adhesives used in safety footwear.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in footwear manufacturing with at least 3 years in lasting operations.
• Strong knowledge of leather, synthetics, toe caps, counters, insoles, adhesives, and safety shoe standards.
• Experience in PU injection / DIP shoe environments preferred.
• Bachelor or Diploma in relevant engineering/tech disciplines.

Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of leather, synthetics, toe caps (steel/composite), counters, insoles, adhesives, and safety shoe standards.
• Experience working in PU injection / DIP shoe environments preferred
