Job summary

MACOM in India (Sonipat) is seeking a production leader to oversee end-to-end operations for pet food products, ensuring timely and high-quality output. You will drive daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with forecasts and sales targets.

• Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output of pet food products.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with demand forecasts, inventory goals, and sales targets.
• Manage and guide production teams, ensuring proper manpower planning, task allocation, training, and performance monitoring.
• Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI guidelines, food safety standards, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Continuously monitor production metrics such as output, yield, wastage, and efficiency, and drive improvements to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to optimize cost, reduce wastage, and enhance productivity.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of machinery and ensure minimal downtime in production.
• Support introduction of new products by developing and standardizing production processes for smooth rollout.
