Job summary

Regal Kitchen Foods in Solan (Himachal Pradesh) seeks a qualified Production Head to plan and supervise end-to-end food manufacturing operations. You will ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across shifts, lead a production team, and drive improvements in efficiency and yield.

The role requires hands-on experience in managing complete food manufacturing operations, with exposure to HACCP/GMP/FSSC 22000 systems and a strong focus on cost control and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology is mandatory.
• HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000 and PRP knowledge for food safety.
• Experience in managing complete food manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Production planning and execution.
• Ensure product quality and food safety throughout production.
• Lead production team and manage manpower.
• Implement HACCP, GMP, FSSC 22000, PRP and Food Safety systems.
• Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage and cost control.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase and Warehouse teams.
• Handle customer, FSSAI and certification audits.
• Drive 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and smooth plant operations.
• Prepare production MIS and KPI reports.
