Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per customer and assembly requirements.

• Take ownership of SQCD requirements (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery).
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for timely availability of raw materials.
• Plan and prioritise jobs and ensure smooth internal material movement.
• Expedite production activities to achieve 100% on-time delivery.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to implement process improvements.
• Ensure manufacturing procedures and quality control standards are followed.
• Develop long-term production and staffing plans based on data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with employees at all levels.

Qualification
