• Proficiency in quality control practices, with attention to detail in fit, fabric, embellishments, and overall craftsmanship.
• Ability to manage timelines and budgets, prioritize multiple orders, and meet strict delivery deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration with design, sales, and client-facing teams.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining production records and order tracking systems.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Production, Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in luxury, bridal, or couture segments is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site studio/atelier environment in Hyderabad.

Role Description
