Job Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end production for high-end custom orders, from design specs to final delivery, with a keen eye for intricate detailing and quality.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously (MOB handling), prioritizing timelines for seasonal collections and special client requests.
• Collaborate with designers and ateliers on customization, including fabric selection, embellishments, and fit adjustments.
• Develop precise stock planning and inventory forecasts to minimize waste and ensure availability of premium materials.
• Conduct rigorous quality audits, negotiate with artisan suppliers, and resolve production bottlenecks swiftly.
• Prepare detailed cost sheets, production timelines, and reports for international buyers and stakeholders.
• Travel to mills and factories for prototype approvals and on-site customizations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Fashion Design, Textile Merchandising, or equivalent.
• 4-7 years in production merchandising for high-fashion/luxury brands, with proven customization experience.
• Exceptional eye for detail, trend awareness, and hands-on expertise in premium fabrics, trims, and techniques.
• Strong skills in MOB handling, stock planning tools (e.g., ERP, Excel advanced), and PLM software.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure creative environment.
• Portfolio of past high-fashion projects preferred; willingness to travel frequently.
