Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in paint/coating manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production processes (grinding, mixing, thinning).
• Experience in quality control and lab coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.
