Job summary

Fact Personnel invites applications for a Sr. Manager Production in Gujarat, overseeing a chemical manufacturing unit. The role targets 15–20 years of senior production leadership with a B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (compulsory) and a CTC up to 25 LPA.

Reporting to Operations Head, you will drive GMP & QMS compliance, production planning, and cost optimization across a 25–30 member team while focusing on process improvements, yield, and safety.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in production management within chemical manufacturing.
• B.E./B.Tech – Chemical Engineering (Compulsory).
• CTC up to 25 LPA as per company policy.
• Experience in GMP plant operations and batch production processes.

Responsibilities

• Production planning & execution to meet output targets.
• Ensure GMP & QMS compliance and manage deviations with CAPA.
• Lead Production MIS & KPI monitoring and drive cost optimization.
• Manage capacity expansion, cycle-time reduction, and solvent recovery.
• Oversee team development, training, EHS, and plant operations.
