• Demonstrated expertise in production planning, cost control, and process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all production operations, including batch processing and chemical manufacturing.

• Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain to align production with product specifications.
• Prepare and present performance reports, KPIs, and budget forecasts to senior leadership.
