Apollo Inffratech is seeking a Paint Shop Supervisor - Production to lead daily paint shop operations for heavy machinery. Located in Rajpur, Mehsana district, Gujarat, the role requires 5–6 years of experience and a Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Male candidates only, with a focus on quality, cost control, and safety.

You will coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC teams, ensuring 5S and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–6 years of experience in paint shop supervision.
• Candidature: Male only.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily paint shop operations and manpower.
• Monitor paint mixing, viscosity, coating thickness and finish quality.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of spray guns, compressors and paint booths.
• Inspect finished products and control paint defects, rejection and rework.
• Plan manpower and achieve daily production targets.
• Maintain daily production, quality and paint consumption reports.
• Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Monitor paint mixing, viscosity, coating thickness and finish quality.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of spray guns, compressors and paint booths.
• Inspect finished products and control paint defects, rejection and rework.
• Plan manpower and achieve daily production targets.
• Control paint consumption, wastage and material costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC teams.
• Maintain 5S, housekeeping and safety standards in the paint shop.
• Train workers on painting procedures, quality and safety practices.
• Maintain daily production, quality and paint consumption reports.
• Implement Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
