Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an experienced Valve Manufacturing leader in Kolkata to oversee end-to-end valve production, from machining through final dispatch. The role emphasizes supervising welding, assembly, hydro testing, coating, and quality control, while driving planning and efficiency improvements.

The candidate should have extensive valve manufacturing experience, proven leadership of large production teams, and a strong focus on quality, safety, productivity, and process

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete valve production operations from machining to final dispatch.
• Oversee manufacturing processes including welding, assembly, hydro testing, coating, and quality control.
• Drive production planning, scheduling, productivity improvements, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Manage manpower planning, shop floor operations, and cross-functional coordination.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards.

• Extensive experience in Valve Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Gate Valves, Butterfly Valves, Control Valves, Air Valves, SCV, and related products
