Qualifications

• 10 years experience in Valve industry or 7 years with a BE degree.
• Sound knowledge in manufacturing of Triple offset butterfly valves.
• Detail-oriented experience in assembly/testing of valve components.
• Automation of valves and related activities.
• Understanding of GAD and component drawings.
• Basic welding/machining knowledge is desirable.

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling parts or assemblies into valves, applying knowledge of assembly process, tools, equipment, products, and production methods to build a valve. Reports to the production or manufacturing manager and provide them with the detailed information about the daily production, quality, sales and shipping. The machining and assembly process is generally a part of the manufacturing process and usually includes the assembling of specific parts of the product and making it ready for dispatching. Closely working with third party inspectors and customer inspectors to offer the valves for inspection activities.**Responsibilities:*** Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results.* Establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.* Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.* initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.* Accountability and direction of all direct and indirect work force.
