Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire valve manufacturing process – from raw material receipt to final assembly and testing.
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer needs and requirements.
• Manage production lines for various valve types (e.g., gate, globe, ball, check, control, safety valves).
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve KPIs: production output, on-time delivery, quality yields, and equipment efficiency.
• Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machines, and materials.
• Ensure manufacturing compliance with ASME, API, ISO, PESO, and customer-specific standards.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformities and defects.
• Work closely with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve product and process issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
• Conduct performance reviews, skill development, and succession planning.
• Foster a safety-first, results-driven, and collaborative team culture.

The Production Manager – Valve Production is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end manufacturing operations of industrial valves, including planning, production, quality, safety, and delivery. The role ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, cost-effectively, and to the required quality standards while meeting production targets and customer delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

• Oversee the entire valve manufacturing process – from raw material receipt to final assembly and testing
