Job summary

Henfruit Proteins in Ambala is seeking a Production Planning & Supply Chain professional responsible for coordinating materials, planning production, and ensuring timely egg procurement.

You will monitor daily orders, manage inventories for 60 days of stock, and collaborate with KAM and dispatch teams to meet delivery timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors to plan production quantities and manage egg lifting schedules.
• Analyze order frequency and ensure timely procurement of eggs as required.
• Monitor daily total orders and arrange necessary raw materials, especially eggs.
• Maintain and analyze reports such as breakage reports, PO vs. production, and dispatch quantity analysis.
• Track order vs. dispatch gaps and improve planning and fulfillment.
• Monitor overall production status on a regular basis.
• Analyze day and night shift data, identify production and planning issues, and ensure targeted output per machine.
• Evaluate machine performance (speed vs. output) and implement measures to improve plant efficiency.
• Manage and handle the production team, resolving coordination, planning, and execution-related issues.
• Identify any shortfalls in production and inform dispatch and KAM teams for timely action.
• Plan and execute packing and dispatch operations to meet delivery timelines.
• Handle urgent stock requirements and coordinate with the KAM team for effective execution.
• Procure raw materials from regular vendors and maintain stock for at least 60 days (trays, labels, tape, boxes, shrink wrap, etc.).
