Job summary

Henfruit Proteins invites applications for a Production Supervisor Egg Processing in Ambala/Hyderabad. You will oversee day-to-day egg processing operations, including washing, sorting, grading, packing and coding, while ensuring production targets, quality and food safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams; supervise shift manpower; monitor wastage and material usage; ensure GMP, hygiene and SOP adherence across the plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage egg washing, sorting, grading, packing and coding as per production plans.
• Monitor production output, wastage, material consumption and changeovers.
• Ensure smooth operation of production equipment and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage manpower deployment and shift operations.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods and production records.
• Ensure proper handling and segregation of broken, damaged and rejected eggs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse and Dispatch teams.
• Ensure GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, food safety and SOP requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of liquid egg and production waste.
• Conduct effective shift handovers and report production issues promptly.
• Support finished-goods movement, loading and dispatch as required.
