Job summary

Alok Equipments Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a production planning lead to manage a manufacturing unit producing fabricated and machined components per customer drawings. You will oversee delivery, quality and audit readiness, coordinating capacity, materials and manpower to meet committed dates.

You will audit supplier quality systems, plan production, and lead contractors and teams while working with our in-house ERP to record daily progress and ensure on-time dispatch to customer specifications.

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma Mechanical required.
• 8+ years in fabrication or machining with customer-audit exposure.
• Experience with supplier quality systems and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Review customer orders for capacity and delivery.
• Plan and track every order to its committed date.
• Allocate space, manpower and contractors on the line.
• Control customer-supplied material.
• Own the unit's quality plan and host customer audits.
• Packing and dispatch to customer specification.
• Record and track your work daily in our in-house ERP.
