Job summary

Alok Equipments Pvt. Ltd. on the shop floor leads supervision of fabrication activities in a heavy fabrication environment.

You will oversee shop work, contractor manpower, and ensure timely QC inspection stages while maintaining traceability and controlled material issues. The role requires BE/Diploma in Mechanical with 5+ years of supervision experience, proficiency in welding processes, drawing interpretation, shop safety, and ERP usage to update daily progress and ensure smooth production

Qualifications

• BE / Diploma Mechanical as education.
• 5+ years of shop-floor supervision in heavy fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop work and contractor manpower.
• Offer inspection stages to QC on time.
• Material traceability and controlled issue.
• Pressure tests with QC.
• Machine upkeep, safety and 5S.
