Job summary

BIGGIFT, a division of Multi Marketing, Bengaluru, seeks an experienced Production Executive to coordinate corporate gifting orders from confirmation through production, QA and dispatch.

The role requires hands-on experience in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, printing or packaging. You will liaise with suppliers, printers and branding vendors to ensure on-time delivery and high quality, while maintaining accurate production reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate gifting or promotional merchandise preferred.
• Strong coordination skills across production, design, and logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple orders with tight delivery schedules.
• Knowledge of branding, artwork understanding and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate gifting orders from confirmation to final dispatch.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, printers, and branding vendors.
• Obtain vendor quotations and source products as needed.
• Coordinate artwork approvals and production processes (printing, engraving, embroidery, UV printing, screen printing, DTF, sublimation, and other customization processes).
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct quality checks before dispatch and verify branding accuracy.
• Maintain production/order status reports and coordinate with Sales, Design, Purchase, Accounts and Logistics.
• Handle multiple orders and tight delivery schedules.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Production Executive to coordinate corporate gifting and customized merchandise orders from order confirmation through production, quality checking and dispatch.

Candidates with experience in Corporate Gifting, Promotional Merchandise, Printing, Branding, Packaging or Customized Products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate gifting orders from confirmation to final dispatch.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, printers and branding vendors.
• Source products and obtain vendor quotations when required.
• Coordinate product samples and client approvals.
• Understand artwork and branding specifications.
• Coordinate printing, engraving, embroidery, UV printing, screen printing, DTF, sublimation and other customization processes.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Conduct or coordinate quality checks before dispatch.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, branding, colour, packaging and finishing.
• Coordinate packaging, kitting, labeling and dispatch.
• Follow up continuously with vendors on production status.
• Maintain production/order status reports.
• Work closely with Sales, Design, Purchase, Accounts and Logistics teams.
• Resolve production and quality issues quickly.
• Handle multiple orders and tight delivery schedules simultaneously.
