Job summary

The Brand Look Book is seeking an detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operational activities for our corporate gifting business. The role covers vendor coordination, procurement, inventory tracking, order processing, packaging, and timely dispatch to ensure smooth delivery of corporate gift orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales team to receive confirmed orders.
• Ensure timely processing and dispatch of bulk gift orders.
• Identify and negotiate with vendors/suppliers and raise purchase orders.
• Oversee gift packing, branding and customization, and coordinate with logistic partners.
• Track shipments, ensure on-time delivery and maintain MIS reports.
• Update order status in CRM/ERP and handle billing coordination with the finance team.
