Job summary

Powerdrive Bearings in India seeks a manufacturing executive with basic CNC programming, 5S/Kaizen knowledge, and assembly experience. You will supervise manpower, handle measuring instruments, and coordinate with departments using ERP and MS Office tools.

The role requires basic English email communication and daily use of shop-floor consumables, data preparation, and instrument handling for efficient production processes on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production from a reputed college or university.

Responsibilities

• Should be basic knowledge of CNC programming like Turning machine, VMC Machine, VTL machine etc.
• Should be Basic knowledge of Manufacturing processes & 5S, Kaizen etc.
• Should be basic knowledge of Assembly activities.
• Should be handling manpower as per company policy.
• Should be knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Should be basic knowledge of consumables items which are used on a daily basis in a machine shop.
• Should be basic knowledge of data preparation for machine shop activities.
• Should be basic knowledge of ERP software.
• Should be good communication with good skills with the inter department.
• Should be basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
• Should be knowledge of email writing and a little bit of English language.
