Job summary

Ssmatrix Consultancy in Coimbatore is seeking a CNC Supervisor with 4–6 years of experience to manage a team and oversee turning and VMC milling operations.

You will create and validate CNC programs, develop weekly production plans, allocate manpower, and ensure on-time delivery while controlling costs. The role emphasizes quality, tooling knowledge, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate or diploma with 4–6 years of experience.
• Experience in CNC turning and VMC milling operations.
• Ability to supervise a production team up to 25 machines.
• Strong knowledge of fixtures and tooling, and cost-focused delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production team handling up to 25 CNC and VMC machines.
• Create, execute and validate CNC programs for new products.
• Plan weekly production schedules and optimize daily work plans.
• Allocate manpower and provide operator training.
• Ensure adherence to production plans, continuous improvement.
• Coordinate fixture and tooling setup; monitor quality and delivery.
• Maintain clear communication and focus on output and cost.
