Job summary

Monk Automation in Pune region seeks a Production Engineer with 5–10 years of experience to oversee fabrication and assembly of electrical panels including HT, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, PDB, and PLC/DCS panels. You will plan and track production schedules, coordinate with clients, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Diploma/BE/BTech in Electrical or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, strong analytical and leadership skills, and

Qualifications

• 3- to 10-year experience in manufacturing electrical and control panels.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Eplan, MS Excel and MS Outlook is essential.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and assembly of electrical panels including HT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Panels; AMF Systems, PDB, Control & Relay Panels; Instrumentation Panels, PLC/DCS Panels.
• Planning and tracking production schedules.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure smooth business operations.
• Managing work progress to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Supervising departmental personnel and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with industry quality standards and company protocols.
• Collaborating with the Shop Lead Hands to plan workflow and assembly methods.
• Monitoring adherence to safety and quality regulations.
