Job summary

Worldpack Automation Systems Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Production Professional to lead shopfloor electrical activities. You will supervise wiring, panel assembly and testing, ensuring adherence to production schedules and safety standards.

Role involves PLC/HMI programming, validation support and driving continuous improvement on the electrical line. You will coordinate with PPC, Purchase and Quality teams, report on rework, and participate in cost optimization while

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on wiring, panel assembly and electrical testing.
• Knowledge of PLC/HMI programming and validation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute machine wiring as per drawings.
• Ensure electrical work aligns with production schedule.
• Identify shortages and coordinate with PPC, Purchase, Quality.
• Upload and verify PLC/HMI/Controller programs and test.
• Support validation during checks and troubleshooting.
• Lead cost optimization and wiring layout improvements.
• Maintain 6S discipline on the electrical shopfloor.
• Provide installation, commissioning and on-site support.

Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 6–8 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Manufacturing & Execution

• Supervise and execute complete machine wiring as per electrical drawings.
• Ensure electrical work completion as per production schedule.
• Identify shortages of electrical parts and report to PPC, Purchase, and Quality teams.

2. Programming, Testing & Validation

• Upload and verify basic PLC/HMI/Controller programs.
• Conduct electrical testing and self-check before validation handover.
• Support validation team during final checks and troubleshooting.

3. Design Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Suggest improvements in wiring practices and system reliability.
• Recommend BOM corrections and layout optimization.
• Support cost optimization initiatives in electrical systems.

4. Rework Management & Reporting

• Maintain rework reports and present analysis to Production Manager.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring defects.

5. Shopfloor Excellence

• Maintain strict 6S discipline across electrical shopfloor.
• Standardize electrical processes and materials.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and quality.

6. Service & Field Support

• Provide installation, commissioning, and customer support when required.
