Job summary

Corporate Stalwarts is seeking a production-focused professional to supervise and optimize manufacturing processes in our facility in Mohali. You will implement SOPs, coordinate across departments, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and quality.

The role requires hands-on experience with electrical panels, SolidWorks drawings, and a strong safety mindset. You will lead production teams, monitor supplier qualifications, and work closely with QA and procurement to ensure smooth

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience in automotive/electrical panels or mechanical industry.
• Experience creating/modifying mechanical drawings (SolidWorks 2D/3D).
• Expertise in handling production of electrical systems/panels.
• Knowledge of electrical systems (inverters, power panels, transformers).
• Familiarity with workmanship standards for cables/wire harness.
• Knowledge of test/measurement equipment used in electrical testing.
• Knowledge of designing jigs/fixtures for production.
• Knowledge of mechanical aspects related to cabinet designs.
• Knowledge of electrical wires/connectors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and optimize the production process for efficient workflow.
• Implement and monitor SOPs for production activities.
• Coordinate with customer, QA, Procurement, Projects and production teams.
• Collaborate with procurement/supply chain to manage materials and supplier qualification.
• Perform root cause analysis on in-process rejections.
• Minimize process time and improve productivity.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean techniques.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards relevant to industry certifications.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure high product reliability.
• Supervise and train production teams to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and safety among team members.
• Oversee maintenance schedules for production tools/equipment.
• Minimize downtime with maintenance teams.
• Evaluate improvements in tools/techniques and monitor costs.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve yield rates.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; conduct safety training.

Job description

• Monitor and control production costs while maintaining quality.
  
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  
• Implement strategies to reduce waste and improve yield rates.
  

f) Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following safety protocols.
  
• Conduct safety training sessions for workers.
  

Requirements

• Manufacturing Experience related to Auto mobile / electrical panels/ other Mechanical industry
• Good Experience in creating and modifying mechanical drawings Solid works 2D and 3D
