Roles & Responsibilities:

• Production Engineer with knowledge of machining, minimum Exp 6-8 Years in the field of Stainless Steel and exotic fabrication in Pressure Vessel and Heat Exchanger with knowledge in ASME code and all welding Procedure
• Monitoring the daily production
• Responsible for making Bar chart
• Responsible for Machine Maintenance
• Participate in the production planning
• Responsible for calculating project lead-time.
• Decision about manufacturing outsourcing process
• Prioritize the work orders
• Resource planning as per the defined standards
• Maintain cost of operations to the defined level
• Monitor Contractor closely
• Labor cost to be monitored to the budgeted level
• Maximum utilization of the utilities
• Team work abilities.
