Job summary

Chemin Enviro Systems Pvt Ltd in Tamil Nadu seeks a fabrication professional to plan and execute daily operations in heavy fabrication environments. You will ensure safety practices, meet targets, and drive improvements across production and maintenance with strong ASME standards knowledge.

The role requires expertise in steel fabrication, welding methods, and fabrication stages, with ability to plan resources and work with various material grades.

Qualifications

• Must have steel fabrication knowledge.
• Experience in heavy fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of welding methods.
• Technical knowledge of fabrication stages and precision machining.
• Ability to plan and utilize resources effectively.
• Knowledge of material grades; boiler, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Day to day work planning and execution.
• Daily, weekly and monthly target achievement.
• Ensure safety work practice and procedures are followed.
• Improvements in all production/maintenance stages to achieve best planned strategy.
• ASME standards knowledge is required.
• Analyze fabrication drawings and have knowledge of them.

Preferred candidate profile

• MUST HAVE STEEL FABRICATION KNOWLEDGE
• 1.Must have worked in heavy fabrication industry
• 2. Must have sound technical knowledge in different types of welding methods
• 3. Must have technical knowledge in fabrication stages and precision machining activities
• 4. Should have ability to plan and properly the utilize the available resources.
• 5. Should have worked with different grades of materials.
• 6. Knowledge of Boiler, Tanks, Pressure vessels, heat exchanger and other static equipment will be an advantage and preferred.
