Job summary

Fluidtherm is seeking a production professional to manage all production activities, translate designs and drawings, and ensure on-time delivery. The role requires effective man and material planning, plus constant supervision of the shop floor workforce to improve quality and delivery performance.

The candidate should hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years of experience in vessel fabrication, conveyors, and machine building, and be willing to travel to customer sites for erection

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical Engineering with 3–5 years' experience in vessel fabrication, conveyor systems, and machine building.
• Experience in material planning and shop-floor supervision.
• Willing to travel to customer sites for erection/commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities including translation of design and drawings.
• Ensure on-time delivery and effective planning of manpower and materials.
• Supervise shop floor workforce and drive improvements in quality and delivery time.

B.E. Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years experience in vessel fabrication, conveyor systems, & machine building industry.

The individual needs to handle material planning, allocating responsibilities, constant supervision of work on shop floor & management of shop floor workforce.

He should be willing to travel even at short notice to customers site for erection / commissioning activities.
