Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 38 years of relevant fabrication experience.
• Experience in Dairy/Food/Pharma/Process equipment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with SS304/SS316 tanks, vessels and structures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production activities.
• Manage fabrication of SS tanks, vessels, skids, platforms and structures.
• Read fabrication and GA drawings.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Purchase, Stores and Quality.
• Prepare production plans and monitor progress.
• Supervise fit-up, welding, grinding, polishing and assembly.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
• Maintain production reports.
• Ensure quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Resolve production issues.
