Responsibilities

• Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with sales team
• Coordinate with production and marketing to handle issues timely and cost-effectively
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines and maintain service/complaint databases
• Answer customer calls regarding billing, product problems, service questions and general concerns
• Lead or assist with project support
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Demonstrate equipment usage and safety to customers
• Explain new features and suggest upgrades to customers
• Order and restock materials when required
