Job summary

HHV Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Customer Support professional in Chennai and Mumbai to install and test equipment, ensuring smooth operation.

You will troubleshoot customer issues in tandem with the sales team, maintain service databases, and provide routine servicing for installed machines.

This role requires 4-5 years in SPM machine assembly, a Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, and a hands-on approach to delivering timely, cost-conscious service.

Qualifications

• Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in tandem with the sales team
• Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure all customer issues are handled in a timely and cost effective manner
• Maintain service and customer complaint databases to ensure issues are monitored and tracked effectively
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines
• Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general customer concerns
• Leading or assisting with the support of projects
• Following government health and safety regulations and the regulations of their employerDelivering services to customers effectively and on tim
• Walking customers through how equipment works including how to use it safely
• Explaining new features and suggesting upgrades to customers
• Ordering and restocking materials when it is required
