Job summary

HHV Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Chennai & Mumbai is seeking a skilled Customer Support professional with 4-5 years of experience in SPM machine assembly.

You will install, test, and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating with sales, production and marketing to resolve issues efficiently. You will maintain service databases, provide routine maintenance, handle billing and service questions, and lead or assist with projects while adhering to safety regulations and offering feature upgrades

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• 4–5 years of hands-on experience with SPM machine assembly.
• Experience in customer support, field service and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Install and test SPM machines to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with sales team.
• Coordinate with production and marketing to handle issues timely and cost effectively.
• Maintain service and customer complaint databases for tracking.
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines.
• Answer customer calls regarding billing, product problems and service questions.
• Lead or assist with project support and on-site activities.
• Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Explain machine operation and safety to customers; suggest upgrades when relevant.
• Order and restock materials as required.
