Aerspace & Defence Listed Company in Hyderabad, Telangana invites experienced CNC Turning operators to join its manufacturing team. You will set up computerized turning machines, input control instructions, read blueprints, and verify dimensions using precision gauges.

The role requires familiarity with Fanuc or Siemens controls, G and M codes, and reading engineering drawings. Preference for candidates with aerospace parts experience and ability to Off-set work.

Qualifications

01 to 15 years of CNC turning operating experience.
Proficient in 2D programming and reading drawings.
Working knowledge of G and M codes and modern measurement tools.

Responsibilities

Set up computerized machines to perform turning functions on workpieces.
Input control instructions and evaluate blueprints for tolerances.
Install tools, replace worn parts, and maintain machine condition.
Use gauges and Vernier to take precise measurements and verify dimensions.
Operate Fanuc or Siemens CNC controls and interpret engineering drawings.
Read engineering drawings and off-sets for production readiness.
Maintain tool life and ensure quality of aerospace parts when applicable.

Job description

Role & Responsibilities

Set-up computerized machines to perform machine functions on work piece
Input control instruction into the machine.
Evaluate program blueprints to outline machine operations and dimensions.
Install machine tools and gadgets using manual working tools.
Replace old machine tools when worn-out with new ones
Make use of network links to ensure transmission of command from computer servers to computer numerical control modules
Take accurate measurements of workpiece and gauges for production
Carryout maintenance measures to ensure good condition of machines
Change or replace switches and cylinders
Good knowledge of set-up and operation
Good knowledge of blueprints and micrometer
Good knowledge of edits and G-Codes, M-Codes
Have basic knowledge of production material
Working on CNC Turning Machines
Awareness on CNC 2D Programming and setting of Machines
Ability to use Quality Instruments like Vanier Calliper, Height Gauge, Micro-meter.
Tooling Knowledge is preferable
Ability to read Engineering drawings
Working experience on Fanuc Control.
Working experience on Siemens Control is an added advantage
Working experience on Aerospace parts are preferable
